Hi, I’m Sarah — the founder of Sprout Health Co.
I’m a Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Mind Body Eating Coach with training in the psychology of eating. But more than anything, I’m someone who believes health should feel supportive, sustainable, and deeply human.
I created Sprout Health Co. because I saw too many people stuck in cycles of restriction, guilt, perfectionism, and confusion around food. Somewhere along the way, eating became stressful instead of intuitive, and health became something people felt they had to “earn.”

I believe in a non-diet approach rooted in nourishment, collaboration, and creating more ease around food and wellness. My coaching focuses not just on what we eat, but why — exploring the habits, beliefs, emotions, and experiences that shape our relationship with food.
At Sprout Health, I combine nutrition, movement, and the psychology of eating to help clients build sustainable habits, confidence, and a healthier relationship with themselves.
My goal is to streamline wellness in a way that feels realistic, supportive, and free from perfectionism or rigid rules.
Because true health is about more than food — it’s about how you live, think, feel, and care for yourself every day.

1:1 coaching provides personalized support, nutrition guidance, and accountability tailored to your individual goals and lifestyle. Together, we focus on creating sustainable habits, improving your relationship with food, and building a realistic approach to long-term health and wellness.
Membership Coaching offers ongoing support, guidance, and accountability to help you build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, and overall wellness. Through collaborative coaching, personalized feedback, and regular check-ins, the focus is on creating lasting change with more ease, balance, and confidence — without rigid rules or an all-or-nothing approach.

Depending on the coaching option, meal guidance and recommendations may be provided. My focus is on helping you build sustainable habits and confidence around food rather than relying on rigid plans or strict food rules.
The psychology of eating explores the “why” behind our behaviours with food. This includes habits, emotions, stress, beliefs, identity, and past experiences that influence the way we eat and care for ourselves.
Not necessarily and if we decide counting is helpful, it is temporary. Some clients find tracking helpful temporarily, while others benefit more from learning hunger cues, mindfulness, and balanced eating habits. Coaching is individualized based on your needs and goals.
Not AI. You’ll be coached by a real person.
At Sprout Health, coaching is personal, collaborative, and human-centered. While technology may be used for things like scheduling, tracking, or resources, all coaching, guidance, feedback, and support comes directly from me. My goal is to provide individualized support that helps you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.
Absolutely. While my background is primarily in plant-based nutrition, I work with clients across a variety of eating styles, including plant-based, pescatarian, flexitarian, and omnivorous approaches. My focus is not on forcing a specific way of eating, but on helping you create a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food that aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle.
Coaching is collaborative, individualized, and judgment-free.
My clients come from all different backgrounds, lifestyles, and stages of their wellness journey, but they often share a few common themes.
Many are looking to move away from all-or-nothing thinking around food and health. They want a more balanced, sustainable approach that feels realistic for real life, not another restrictive plan to follow perfectly.
Some are focused on improving their relationship with food, others want support with nutrition, strength, energy, or creating healthier habits. Many are busy adults who are tired of feeling overwhelmed by wellness information and are looking for guidance, accountability, and a more compassionate approach.
At Sprout Health, there’s no “perfect” client, just people looking for support, clarity, and a healthier way forward.
While a gym can be a great option for some people, it’s definitely not required. Your movement plan can be tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, experience level, and available equipment.
Whether you enjoy gym workouts, home workouts, walking, strength training, yoga, or simply becoming more active in everyday life, the goal is to create an approach that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive for you.
What makes Sprout Health different is the approach.
I don’t believe health needs to come from rigid rules, extremes, or starting over every Monday. My coaching combines nutrition, movement, and the psychology of eating to help you create sustainable habits and a healthier relationship with food and wellness.
Rather than focusing only on what you’re eating, we also explore the “why” behind behaviours, habits, stress, and patterns around food. Coaching is collaborative, individualized, and designed to fit into your real life, not take it over.
One of my core beliefs is that consistency is our superpower. Together, we focus on cultivating sustainable consistency over time, rather than chasing perfection. Small, realistic habits practiced consistently can create meaningful and lasting change.
My goal is to help you feel supported, informed, empowered, and more at ease with food, movement, and your overall health.
